FAQ

Q: How much do you weigh?
A: As of right now, 115 pounds.

Q: How tall are you?
A: 5ft5in

Q: What was your starting weight?
A: 125 pounds. That may not seem like a lot for my height, and it's not. But for my body proportions, it was too much and I didn't feel right. I didn't feel healthy. So I decided I needed a lifestyle change.

Q: Why 'fit-barbie'? Isn't barbie degrading to fitblrs?
A: There is a lot of hate for barbie, especially now days. But honestly, Barbie is the vision of perfect. No I do not think her body proportions are realistic but she is still a role model for me. Take it or leave it.

Q: What should I do to ____?
A: If you have any questions about certain exercises or diet tips, please message me! I will get back to you quick and I love hearing from you guys

Q: Can I see some progress pictures?
A: Sure! The link to my progress is here.

Q: How long did it take you to drop to 115?
A: Honestly, I am not sure. At least 6 months. Keep in mind I concentrated on building muscle the whole time, not dropping weight.

Q: How old are you?
A: I am 19 years young.

Q: Do you have any recipes or workouts you can give me?
A: Sure! Either message me for tips or check out my links page. I have resources for both diet and exercise.

Q: Did you make your theme?
A: I did not make the theme code but all graphics/colors are mine.

healthy is

I often wonder how a lot of people would react if this image read “Fat is not sexy, health is”.
Health is not defined by a single size. It isn’t looking athletic, or having a lot of muscle definition. Let’s stop judging someones health based on their body. Skinny doesn’t always mean healthy, but it doesn’t mean starving all the time either.

^YES. Skinny-shaming is just as harmful as fat-shaming. You know what’s really sexy? Having confidence, and rocking your body, no matter what size.

This annoys me. Before tumblr, I never thought twice about this “politically correct” shit. Yes, I agree that some people are naturally skinny. But this picture isn’t intended towards them. It’s meant for girls who believe that being skinny is the only way to get guys attention. This picture is perfectly fine, so I’m reblogging it. If its not good for you, don’t reblog it of better yet make your own picture with a different saying on it.
