- About Me

Q: How much do you weigh?
A: As of right now, 115 pounds.

Q: How tall are you?
A: 5ft5in

Q: What was your starting weight?
A: 125 pounds. That may not seem like a lot for my height, and it's not. But for my body proportions, it was too much and I didn't feel right. I didn't feel healthy. So I decided I needed a lifestyle change.

Q: Why 'fit-barbie'? Isn't barbie degrading to fitblrs?
A: There is a lot of hate for barbie, especially now days. But honestly, Barbie is the vision of perfect. No I do not think her body proportions are realistic but she is still a role model for me. Take it or leave it.

Q: What should I do to ____?
A: If you have any questions about certain exercises or diet tips, please message me! I will get back to you quick and I love hearing from you guys

Q: Can I see some progress pictures?
A: Sure! The link to my progress is here.

Q: How long did it take you to drop to 115?
A: Honestly, I am not sure. At least 6 months. Keep in mind I concentrated on building muscle the whole time, not dropping weight.

Q: How old are you?
A: I am 19 years young.

Q: Do you have any recipes or workouts you can give me?
A: Sure! Either message me for tips or check out my links page. I have resources for both diet and exercise.

Q: Did you make your theme?
A: I did not make the theme code but all graphics/colors are mine.

Hi. I’m Samantha. I’m 20 years young and reside in the comfy state of Texas. I grew up hating team sports but loved to be active still. I am a sophomore in college, majoring in Psychology  ;)

The reason I started this site was not to promote eating disorders or unhealthy means of reaching your weightloss goals. I am 100% pro-health and try to help others see the light in this. I do not have any credentials that make me a personal trainer or diet specialist, I just love the realm of fitness and health and try to help out anyone who will ask!

This all started two summers in July when I got on the scale and reached the highest I’ve ever weight- 125 pounds. That may not seem like a lot, but for my stature it is. I was DEVASTATED. So it’s only been a year and I’ve only lost a few pounds (my lowest weight was 111 pounds, but it didn’t stay there for long), but I feel so much better about myself. I have realized it is NOT about what the scale tells you, it’s about how you feel for YOURSELF.

Follow me on my journey through college and finally living on my own. Help me make the right choices and in return, I’ll help you make good ones, too!
